The bodies were discovered in a park at the intersection of Lowell Avenue and Clayton Street.
They “suffered significant trauma” throughout their bodies and appear to have been beaten to death, police said.
Their discovery comes a month after eight gang members were arrested in connection with the killings of two teenage girls in nearby Brentwood in September. The investigation into their deaths then led to the discovery of the skeletal remains of three teenage boys in another section of Brentwood.
The gang arrests were the culmination of a long term sweep by federal officials and Suffolk police targeting gang members.
